Joseph Beltran, Sr. Partner

Our Senior Attorney has been practicing law for over 30 years.  He is also admitted into the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.  His past affiliations and appointments are numerous.  Memberships include: the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles; Ventura County Bar Association; and the State Bar of California.  He has received awards and honors for volunteer work with youth and those unable to afford private attorneys.  His promise to you is to provide competent and quality legal services.  He's also a family man, married, and father of three grown sons.  His youngest son has joined his personal injury practice.

Hoping to follow in his father's footsteps, he graduated and received his J.D. from the same school his dad graduated from 34 years ago.  After passing the bar exam on his first attempt, he is hoping to help the family firm, and continue the success of the family practice for years to come.

Nancy Avila

Nancy Avila obtained her Paralegal Certificate from UCSB Extension.  Prior to joining our firm, she worked 25 years for a major auto insurance company.  While there, she received CPCU, CLU, ChFC, CCLS, and AIS designations.  She specialized in vehicle property damage total loss claims and complex injury claims.  She brings a wealth of auto claims knowledge and is here to offer her assistance with your vehicle damages.  She also received her degree in Business from California State University Northridge. She is a notary public, complimentary for our clients.
